The Compass

A single organism extends in four directions from a shared spine. North ends in a collapsed tower. East ends in something with teeth. West ends in something heavier, closer to a skull. South ends in a decorated face, almost ceremonial. Each terminus is different. The body connecting them is the same.

Dimensional raised ink on a circular clear acrylic disc. The cross shape of the creature sits inside the round format — neither fits neatly into the other, which is the point.
